Integrate MacOS Calendar and Reminders

It would be great if Focu could have an in-built task manager and project manager tab. Adding ‘scheduled’ dates as well as ‘due’ dates, could help Focu’s AI suggest what I should be working on today. I love Focu’s ADHD support features, but with my ADHD I struggle to confirm what I should be doing in a day - if Focu could tell me, that would be great.The other benefit of this, is if I just said: “Hi Focu, I want to focus on the ‘X’ project today”, Focu could pull up all the tasks within that project that I can work on.This blended with task dependency features as well as scheduling based upon a synced iCloud calendar would make it the PERFECT ADHD helper!

Tasks entered in a specific project in Todoist should be automatically sync to Focu and visa versa.

The check-in history is stored in the app, but it’s currently not possible to view it.It would be nice to add a screen where the check-in history can be displayed, ie. with a graph of your selected answers.

When changing timezone chats, tasks and notes might not be on the days you’d expect them to be.Proposed solution: group all chats by the date of the local timezone using a string such as “12-30-2024” for 30th of Dec. If someone creates a chat in Singapore, then travels to Los Angeles and the calendar date is the same, those two chats will be on the same day even if the UTC day would be different.

Bug: timezone inconsistencies

By default the app uses Llama3.2:3b which lists the following:Supported Languages: English, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Hindi, Spanish, and Thai are officially supported. Llama 3.2 has been trained on a broader collection of languages than these 8 supported languages.It should be relatively easy to instruct the AI to reply in any of those languages if the user wants it to.For the time being the app would remain in English but at least the user should be able to choose a conversation language.

Fixed:<ul><li><s>Right mouse menu does not work in the chat history</s></li><li><s>Automatic updates only runs when restarting the app</s></li><li><s>Switching the default AI model causes issues for existing chats that had a different model</s></li></ul>Postponed for now:<ul><li>Ollama does not start on certain devices (if you encounter this, do not hesitate to share so I can narrow down the issue)</li><li>AI sometimes does not follow instructions correctly (ie. during the evening reflection it asks you what else you want to work on)</li></ul>
