Bug: timezone inconsistencies

When changing timezone chats, tasks and notes might not be on the days you’d expect them to be.

Proposed solution: group all chats by the date of the local timezone using a string such as “12-30-2024” for 30th of Dec. If someone creates a chat in Singapore, then travels to Los Angeles and the calendar date is the same, those two chats will be on the same day even if the UTC day would be different.
